Refunds & Cancellations

At Kagazi Creative Studios, we are committed to providing you with high-quality creative learning experiences. Please review the following Refunds and Cancellations Policy, which outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and no-show situations.

1. Workshop Registration and Payment

To secure your spot in a workshop, full payment is required at the time of registration. Once payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details.

2. Cancellations by Participants

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to be flexible. If you wish to cancel your participation in a workshop, please notify us as soon as possible. The following cancellation policy applies:

  • Cancellation 15+ Days Before the Workshop: You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund (less any processing fees if applicable).
  • Cancellation 7 Days Before the Workshop: You will receive a 25% refund of the workshop fee.
  • Cancellation 5 Days or Less Before the Workshop: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made 5 days before or less than 5 days before the workshop start date.
    No-Shows: If you fail to attend the workshop without prior notice, no refunds will be issued.
3. Cancellations by Kagazi Creative Studios

In the rare event that Kagazi Creative Studios needs to cancel a workshop due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify all registered participants as soon as possible and offer the following options:

  • A full refund of the workshop fee.
  • The option to transfer your registration to another available workshop or event.
4. Transfer of Registration

If you are unable to attend a workshop, you may transfer your registration to another individual. However, we must receive a request for the transfer at least 7 days before the workshop. Contact us at info@kagazi.co.in to make arrangements for the transfer.

5. Special Considerations
  • Emergency Situations: If you are unable to attend a workshop due to an emergency (e.g., medical reasons, family emergencies), please reach out to us, and we may offer a partial refund or transfer your registration to another session on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be requested.
  • Online Workshops: For workshops held online, cancellation and refund policies will remain the same unless otherwise specified. If you experience technical difficulties accessing the workshop, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
